By accessing and using Koto Story Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Koto Story Studio provides professional podcast production services, including but not limited to studio rental, recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and distribution support. We offer both bilingual and monolingual production capabilities.
Our acoustically treated studios are available for hourly rental with professional equipment and technical support. Booking confirmations constitute a binding agreement.
We offer comprehensive production packages including pre-production planning, recording, post-production editing, and final delivery in agreed formats.
Studio bookings require advance payment or approved credit terms. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund eligibility.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled sessions may incur charges up to 50% of the booking fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance, subject to studio availability.
Payment is due according to the agreed terms for each service. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit cards, and approved corporate accounts.
All prices are quoted inese Yen and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Additional services requested during production may incur extra charges.
Overdue accounts may be subject to late payment fees and suspension of services until payment is received in full.
Clients retain ownership of their original content and recordings. Koto Story Studio retains rights to our production techniques, processes, and any original creative contributions.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content provided for production services and that such content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final produced content. We may retain copies for archival purposes and quality assurance.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their content.
All content must comply withese broadcasting standards and applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates legal or ethical standards.
Clients must provide content in specified formats and meet technical requirements as outlined in project agreements.
We maintain high quality standards for all deliverables. Revision requests must be submitted within specified timeframes and may be subject to additional charges.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and proprietary information. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
Clients using our facilities must follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines. Damage to equipment or facilities may result in repair or replacement charges.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Tokyo.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with updated revision dates.
